Returns are a standard part of ecommerce operations and should clearly define time limits and eligibility. (eCommerce Fastlane)
1. Eligibility
We accept returns on:
- Unworn clothing
- Unused merchandise
- Unopened hair products
Items must be returned in original packaging with receipt.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. Non-Returnable Items
Data Storage Location
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened hair products
- Used grooming tools
- Beard oils or creams once opened
(Hygiene restrictions are standard in hair & cosmetic retail.) (Salon Services)
3. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7–14 days of delivery/purchase.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photo proof
- We will replace or refund
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error)
